Final FY18-19 Budget approval, as well as approval of new Directors and Officers, will happen at this Annual Meeting. We'll have solid net-profit numbers from FY17-18 for the Viking Discovery Program at this point, and expect to make an Endowment Fund deposit. Traditionally, our Annual Meeting is also when we take a formal vote to approve the use of up to 4% of our Endowment Fund balance.
