Site Supervisors Wanted
Candidates must be at least 19 years of age and available to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership abilities, enjoy working with children, be self-motivated, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
All Viking Discovery Program sites are licensed by the State of Nebraska. While some training will be provided, Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) credentialing requirements for Site Supervisors mandate that candidates meet at least one of the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education, Education, or Child/Youth Development
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with at least three credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Education, or Child/Youth Development
- An associate degree from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education, Education, or Child/Youth Development
- A Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential
- Successful completion of three credit hours or 45 clock hours of Department-approved training in Administration, Early Childhood Education, Education, or Child/Youth Development
- A high school diploma or GED, along with 3,000 clock hours of verifiable experience in organized group activities for school-age children, supported by a positive reference from a former employer or supervisor
These requirements ensure that our leadership team maintains the professional standards necessary to provide high-quality, licensed school-age care.
Teachers Wanted

Aides Wanted
Candidates must be at least 16 years of age and available to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Training will be provided. Applicants should demonstrate a genuine enjoyment of working with children, be self-motivated, and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications. We will train.
