Eagle, Nebraska | Part-Time (18–30 Hours per Week) | $17–$22 per Hour

The 145 Foundation for Education is seeking a mission-driven Office Manager to support the daily operations of our growing public charity organization. This position serves as the administrative backbone of the Foundation and plays a vital role in supporting educational opportunities, scholarships, grants, fundraising initiatives, and community engagement throughout School District 145.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple responsibilities, and helping strengthen a community through education.

What You'll Do
As Office Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, Viking Discovery Program Director, volunteers, donors, educators, families, and community partners to support Foundation operations, including:
Administrative and office management
Financial recordkeeping and QuickBooks administration
Grant program administration
Scholarship program support
Donor relations and gift acknowledgment
Fundraising event support
Board and committee meeting coordination
Website, communications, and database management
Viking Discovery Program administrative support
What We're Looking For
Successful candidates will possess:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Financial aptitude and attention to detail
Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
A commitment to outstanding customer service and relationship-building
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general office technology
Preferred qualifications include:
Associate degree, bookkeeping certification, or related education
QuickBooks experience
Experience working in nonprofit, educational, or community-based organizations

Position Details
Part-time, approximately 18 – 30 hours per week depending on the season
Hourly rate: $17 – $22, depending on qualifications and experience
Regular daytime schedule, Monday – Friday
In-person position located in Eagle, Nebraska
Training provided at Foundation expense
Foundation-issued technology and office equipment provided
