Registration Packets are available at any of our sites. 2024 Summer Care Registration Packets are blue; 2024-25 School-year Care Registration Packets are lime green. Packets streamline registration and provide families everything they need in one spot. When you pick up your packet (one per family), you will find a requirement check-list on the front of it. Requirements may include some or all of the following:

USDA Food Program Form

Immunization Records

Registration Fee (EFT)

Activity Fee (EFT)

First Week's Tuition (EFT)
When ALL of the items on the packet checklist are complete and returned, your student(s) will be registered. If a requirement is missing, your spot is not guaranteed until the missing information is received.
